iXcore Group Becomes a Shareholder of Helix Surgical (Ilasis Laser) to Support Its Commercial Expansion

Helix Surgical (Ilasis Laser), based in Pessac and specialized in ophthalmic medical devices, announces that iXcore group, has become a shareholder in the company. This new financial investment will enable Helix Surgical to strengthen its presence in current markets, intensify its commercialization efforts, and accelerate the adoption of Rx: the first fiber-delivered femtosecond laser dedicated to cataract surgery.

This investment aligns with iXcore Group's strategy of supporting young companies in photonics and medical innovation.

Already active in five European countries, Helix Surgical continues its expansion across Europe with the ambition of democratizing access to laser cataract surgery through a more compact and mobile technology that integrates seamlessly into the patient flow.
